The Relaxed Eating Programme ….

Phoenix Hypnotherapy Clinics in Spain, has launched a new programme on weight control. We are currently accepting applications for the programme. After a free initial consultation Mark will decide if you are suitable for this programme.

If you are accepted on to the Programme which consists of 5 Sessions, one session every fortnight. The length of a session is usually 45 minutes. These sessions will help you see how You will almost immediately start to alter the way you think about food - for example are you actually hungry? Would a glass of water take those hunger feelings away. Are you eating, just because you are comfort eating or just bored? Could you do something different? Mark will give you some advice on Nutrition – for example, what foods will get you through the day better and cut down those hunger feelings. You will be taught how to get away from that "guilty" feeling every time you surrender to a packet of crisps or a bar of chocolate - yes believe it you CAN eat these foods, if you want.


Healthy eating is important and in the Relaxed Eating Programme it is no different. You will start to understand more about healthy eating. You will be taught methods of making your food taste better and ways to make you feel full quicker - thus alleviating the need to keep eating. You will have to unlearn some of the things that we learn from a very early age - rules about food that our parents, and their parents, instilled in to us.

You will discover how to make these changes fast, and easily. What you thought was going to be difficult, losing those extra pounds; I will show you will be remarkably easy.


You will get helpful suggestions for exercise that can actually be "enjoyable". Hypnosis and hypnotherapy are more effective interventions for weight loss, and eating and drinking issues, as they aim to address and minimise unhelpful beliefs and issues.

An added additional benefit is that hypnosis is delightfully relaxing and reduces stress levels.


If you are accepted on to the Relaxed Eating Programme and you do not lose weight I will work with you for up to 12 months ( one session a month FREE) to keep you on track and get those pounds off. But of course this needs to take into account your healthy weight for your frame and height.
