Analytical (Free Association) Therapy

So why suggest this therapy over another type?

Mark is highly trained and knowledgeable and may make the professional diagnosis that analysis is the best form of therapy to go through. They may suggest that after analysis you undertake another form of therapy such as cognitive therapy, or counselling etc. and may refer you to another therapist afterwards. But this is rare. Normally analytical therapy is all that’s needed.

So how does it work and how will it help with my problem?

What ever your presenting problem is, Mark will have decided that it is being caused by a “locked in emotion” in your subconscious mind. These locked away emotions are attached to a memory from our younger years. This often happens to us when we are younger because our minds are still immature and the conscious mind struggles to deal with the emotion. This is where that saying of “letting sleeping dogs lie” comes from. These memories with the locked away emotion are those sleeping dogs, and the saying is very true. If they are sleeping, then let them stay there undisturbed because they are not affecting you. But what if one or two of those locked away emotions don’t settle down and are still buzzing away in your subconscious mind. Remember you have no knowledge of what these are because you have no conscious awareness of them.

So what happens?

These locked away emotions are like a form of energy buzzing away in the sub conscious mind. So the sub conscious mind tries to release them in a form of energy. This can come out as a phobia, panic attacks, a fear or even a physical symptom like a rash etc. The sub conscious mind will just keep on trying and trying to get rid of them. Unfortunately it doesn’t work. The only way to remove them is to bring them to a conscious awareness so the conscious mind can release them. Once they have gone, they’ve gone for good, and you experience a lasting release from your problem. The phobia, fear etc will disappear for good. You will feel happier and more content.

So is it instant or how long will it take?

Analysis is not instant. It will take about 8 – 12 sessions. But remember this is much quicker than traditional psychoanalysis or counselling which can take up to two years.

And how does it work?

By using hypnosis to help you relax, you just allow memories to come into your mind. By doing this, at some point the memory that has the locked away emotion attached to it comes into the conscious mind. You briefly experience that emotion, and then it is released for good. You problem has been released with it as well, and after a few weeks of settling down, the problem has gone for good.

This type of therapy is totally unique to you the client.

It is totally individual and a private therapy.

This is for other problems that cannot be dealt with in one 50 minute session.

This therapy is used to discover and remove the Cause of a problem, symptom or anxiety. Hypno-Analysis works on Cause and Effect, every effect (symptom) must have a cause. When we find and remove the original cause of the problem, a complete and lasting release is achieved and the symptoms disappear.

Emotional problems respond well to Hypno-Analysis. The object of Analysis is to bring you to a moment of surprising and liberating enlightenment. You can be confident that a release can be obtained usually within eight to twelve sessions of Analysis. We are talking a complete and lasting release, by finding and removing the original causes as opposed to the mere control of the symptoms by suggestion.

The fee for this is 55 euros per session payable one session in advance.
